Bonuses that are not activated within seven (7) calendar days of being credited to an account, and active bonuses for which wagering requirements are not completed within the period specified in the promotion terms, will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
All sports bets placed on the pk354 platform are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for cricket, PSL, and other sports markets are published in the relevant betting section of the platform and should be read in conjunction with these general rules.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pk354 at its sole discretion. pk354 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. No liability is accepted for bets that have not been formally confirmed.
In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error resulting in odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the true market odds at the time of placement — pk354 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. The determination of what constitutes a palpable error rests with pk354's trading team and will be applied fairly and consistently.
pk354 takes match integrity seriously and cooperates with international sporting bodies, including cricket governing bodies such as the ICC, to monitor for suspicious betting patterns. pk354 reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where credible evidence of match-fixing or spot-fixing activity is identified. pk354 will report such activity to the relevant authorities and sporting bodies without prior notice to the player.
Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected cricket, PSL, football, and other events. pk354 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time during an event, particularly during critical moments such as wicket falls, reviews, interruptions for weather, and other significant incidents. Bets placed before such a suspension are honoured; bets that cannot be confirmed before a suspension are voided and stakes returned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk354's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk354 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pk354's customer support team shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures specified by pk354's licensing authority.
